Watching

CalamityTess doesn't much care for ArchieMacDoodle who is a little too keen to be "friends" sometimes, and more often than not Tess has to take matters into her own claws.
Today has been busy with the usual housey stuff followed by a trip to town to shop for schoolgirl necessities. This was far from dull... we agreed on summer school footwear without rebellion or tears - or the need to remortgage - and I met some of #002's friends and could see in them why she likes them. Of course, I wasn't supposed to bond with them over purses and patent docs or say anything embarrassing... but maybe I'm not such an old fogey after all... What a relief!
