CHEESE

I was in my mate Simon's deli today - cunningly called Simon's Deli - and thought I might have a piece of Cornish Yarg cheese - if you've never had it, look it up, and try it - its delicious.

Instead of giving me the 'end of the barrel' Simon brought out a new slab. If you didn't know, Yarg is wrapped in nettle leaves, and I just loved the patterns on the pristine slab. Almost too nice to cut into.
