OPPOSITES

When I read that the theme for today's Mono Monday was opposites  I immediately thought about this pair of earrings.  One with a smiley face and one frowning.  I bought them at a craft fair over 30 years ago.  The faces are painted on small pieces of wood. Thanks to Tryfan46 for hosting.

No fitness class today but I still walked down to the village to do some shopping in Tesco. This afternoon I did a bit of cleaning, hoovering and sorting out.

Then it was time to go to slimming club.  Needed to lose half a pound to get back into my target range and ........  I did lose half a pound.  What a relief.  Now I need to lose 3 pounds more to get back to my exact target weight.  So - onwards and upwards. ( or should I say downwards ).

Weather today was lovely again.  I didn't even need a cardigan.  Its got to be warm for me to go without a coat, jacket or cardigan.
