Deep in the woods....

.... it was refreshingly cool under the trees during our afternoon walk.

Earlier I collected Will from his overnight stop in Carlisle. I asked him if he wanted to go suit shopping or out for breakfast first. He didn't want food yet as a result of last nights shenanigans! A suit was bought without Will being ill. I asked if he wanted breakfast before we left town ( I was quite hungry myself at this point, and was anticipating a hearty feast) - alas, 'no thanks' he said and off we went.

A mile down the road he said 'actually, can we get a bacon roll from Mac D's?'  So, that was breakfast sorted, not the John Watts delights I'd been looking forward to, but the Mac D's bacon roll was better than I expected.
