Parisiene

I got a text from a friend who was visiting Belfast for the day, and would I like to meet her for coffee? I would!

Coffee was had and lots of chat, when we had the brainwave of a farewell cocktail. I hadn’t been in that coffee shop/restaurant (Parisiene) before, but their cocktail menu was much more extensive than the coffee one - and that was just the gins! So we had a Jawbox gin with honeycomb (really!) and this ginger-infused mixer. It was very nice, if a bit sweet for my taste. All the honeycomb actually dissolved, much to my surprise.

Belfast was very busy with lots of visitors, so it was a lovely, sociable day.
