Stirling Riverside.
This morning quite early MaggieD and I parked the car in Cambuskenneth and walked across the footbridge to Stirling's Riverside. The cherry trees are at full volume (see MaggieD's Blip today) but I just liked this view of the National Wallace Monument.
We also checked out the bluebell wood between Alva & Tillicoultry and, continuing the floral theme, paid a visit to a local garden centre.
Another stonkingly good day and we have enjoyed it fully. Chloe showed some good sense and took her chewy bone into the shade for cool comfort.
I hope everyone has made the most of the wonderful weather over the long holiday weekend.
