Bit of a rubbish shot but it does the job hopefully.

The construction project in the blip will be the University of Strathclyde's Technology and Innovation Centre or TIC and is due for completion in 2014. The TIC is a key part of the wider Sustainable Glasgow agenda that's seeing Glasgow trying to position itself as 'one of the most sustainable cities in Europe' with a real focus on renewable energy.

It should all tie in nicely with other stuff like the European Green Capital bid we've been working on, the 2014 Commonwealth Games and the various environmental legacy projects that are underway. All in all a pretty exciting time for Glasgow - will be interesting to see how things change over the next 5-10 years.
