They're back!

In December 2015 some of the stepping stones across the River Rothay near Rydal were washed away during Storm Desmond. I read that they had later been recovered. 

In January 2016 the access had warning tape across (extra 1)

In February 2018 they had still not been replaced (extra 2).

Very early this morning I walked that way and was surprised to see them back in place (extra 3). 

I don't know at what point in the past 14 months the work was done. I didn't attempt a crossing.
