Misty Morning

It was a lovely sunny and misty start to the day. We were out early for a walk primarily to avoid the heat but we also needed to be away early to go and visit Mrs madwill’s mother. As we walked across the fields the sun was above the mist and shining on the elephant grass crop on the right. The mist was hanging in layers and constantly moving, it was fascinating to watch.

Our journey north was easy as it was quiet on the roads at 9 am! We took the makings for a roast dinner with us, to save going out for food.

Back home again by 4:30, another quiet journey.
