Tic-toc

Early walk today with a friend and it was beautiful. She showed me a 6 mile route most of which I hadn't been on before. Lovely mixed habitats of deciduous woodland, open grassland & heathland, sunken country lanes .... wild flowers and birds in abundance and even a hare.
Had to lie flat on the ground to get this dandelion clock so good job it was dry. Not sure of the sedge/rush - possibly field wood rush? Any ID welcomed!
Green Alkanet, primrose and violet in extras.
