Bug hunt and Burnsall

After a lovely mooch to find some bugs with Little Dog and a chat with David along the way, Rich and I had a rare joint outing on our bikes to Burnsall. My legs were jaded on day three of consecutive cycling so I do confess to a substantial amount of caught-in-the-act coasting! It wasn’t too busy for a bank holiday, apart from the usual bedlam at Bolton Abbey (which we timed full-on), and we made the most of the glorious weather with a leisurely cafe stop at Burnsall, sitting outside.


The Children’s Act made for an enjoyable, if a little sad, film night.
