Dinner at the Folks

Had dinner at the folks Friday night. My Dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer only a few months ago. If there's an upside, it's that it's pulled the family closer together. Since we've known about my Dad's cancer, we've had dinner at my parents almost every Friday. It's rare that all the siblings are there at the same time though, but this Friday all 4 of and, and my folks were there. Unfortunately, I only got a picture of my mom going for the mashed potatoes. The good news is that my dad's on chemo, and so far it is working, and the cancer is going away...and we all get to enjoy more of Mom's mashed potatoes :-)
