Lazy Saturday

I didn’t sleep well and woke feeling achy - partly due to the new workout I started yesterday and partly due to the shingles vaccination I had yesterday evening. I still managed a good workout this morning, then cleaned the bathroom. But I ran out of steam and have spent the rest of the day watching Midsomer Murders. Still achy and tired. I hope a good night’s rest will see me back to normal for Easter Sunday!
