They're back!

Last year we had just moved into our house and a pair of mallards started hanging out in our pond during the day and then leaving in the evening.  We named our ducks Harold and Maud.  Later in the season Maud would only come for very short visits so we assumed she was sitting on eggs.  Then they were gone.  The ducklings must have hatched so Mom and Dad were too busy to visit.   I was excited to see early this morning that they have returned!
