Transformation for Christmas

Just bought my first daffodils of the season; there is a beef and red wine casserole; the ingredients for a chicken and celery casserole and a packet of smoked salmon which I'm not sure what to do with yet! Oh, and I will make a batch of crumble mix in a minute. We always have raspberry crumble around Christmas-time.
