He Will Change His Normal Running Routine

I took a short wander out and about with my camera while Eldest and my Brother went for a run, it was Eldest’s first ‘cross-country’ run as he normally runs on relatively flat roads, he really enjoyed it and I think he will change his normal running routine now.

Brother, Niece, Eldest, Sushi and I also went into York for a spot of shopping and some lunch. It was good to see York was really busy as like most British High Streets it is struggling and there are a few too many empty shops at the moment.
