Punakha Dzong

This fabulous building is a combination of a fort and an administrative centre, and also with some Buddhist monastic functions. The colours are spectacular and the architecture is intriguing. These huge buildings have been constructed without any building plan and without any nails. They are all across Bhutan at key points of strategic importance.
