Small Tortoiseshell

I'm not alone in enjoying this lovely warm sunny weather ... this Small Tortoiseshell butterfly was enjoying a wee rest on the warm stones.

A walk in Pollok Park this morning, before it got too busy, dead heading my camellia, giving a good drink of water to some new plantings, weeding the gravel path, lunch in the garden and then a wee snooze in the sun with my current book lying open on my lap!
