Lake Dunstan

I took this photo this morning, on our way to Arrowtown. The weather was perfect. Unfortunately, by the time we got to Arrowtown, the bad weather had begun to set in. 

We had lunch, and had a look up the main street, got some sweets from the Remarkable Sweet Shop, then set off for home.
Arrowtown was very busy because of the long weekend, but it was nothing compared to Wanaka, which had traffic backed up for about 1km, which was heading into town.

The accommodation we had wasn't very good, with paper-thin walls, so we were kept awake for half the night as our neighbours chatted, ran baths, flushed toilets, ran fan heaters, shifted furniture(??) etc.

It's good to be home.
