Bottle Lake Forrest

This morning I went with Cooper and Lisa to take part in the Fusion walls and runs. This is a new event and proved to be quite challenging especially where there was deep sand underfoot. Cooper did particularly well. He is just 8 but he was allowed to turn in the 5 km event for 11 year olds and over. He is pictured after the event in front of some very large tyres.
