Cooking for four

I took the newsletter files to the printer this morning after a few last minute panics and my usual feelings of certainty that I hadn't done everything, so the holiday starts here. When I came back from Pézenas I made lemon panna cotta for dessert tomorrow evening when our daughter and her partner will have arrived. (I can never resist buying the lovely little Corsican clementines with leaves at this time of year.)
