automatic plugging machine

Thank you everyone for commenting on my 300th blip yesterday! I'll try to take a look and catch up on commenting at some point (not tonight, as sleep beckons soon).

This is one of the automatic plugging machines at work. I haven't really seen it in close action, but near as i can tell, it fills the pots with the soil mixture (peat, pearlite, rice husks, sand) and the workers on the line (poorly) put the plant plugs into the pot. I've noticed some of them don't have a good grasp on "put the plant in upright, not sideways", so I fix the pots in reach when I have a chance.
