Pounding headache

Fortunately, the title does not describe me. But I don’t know how these roofers stand the noise day after day.
This company started reroofing our 50 unit complex on Monday and expect to be finished by tomorrow (6 days total). Then next week we will get new gutters.
As you can see, they have quite a system of peeling off the old roofing, putting down new paper, then finishing with the shingles.
