Dont change the channel

Lamb tv is on. I managed 3 hours sleep and 5 hours crying. Just heartbroken right now. The routines are hard a huge character with all her quirks is gone. Only 8 bowls for doggy dinners. Overhead count of 8. Its been earily quiet the rest of the pack is very subdued. Moss is noticibly struggling. The others very quiet. It doesnt help when im crying a lot. Ive just kept very busy and cant seem to sleep or stop as i start think then i start to cry and then i cant stop.

My sister kindly dropped off a takeaway for dinner for us. First proper meal since yesterday lunchtime. So sad my Shaw had to go. Really struggling to journal right now but know i need to.
