To avoid the crowds we walked for a couple of hours around Caldbeck today...

Perfect weather! Blue sky! Really warm!!!

We had our picnic lunch by this delightful village pond...

You may well ask “ why isn’t Chloe swimming? “

We kept her on the lead to avoid her chasing after the ducks...

However, if you go to Ros’ blip ( biblinros) you’ll see Chloe escaped! There she is, lead and all, in the middle of the pond!!!

( The ducks were fine! They outswam Chloe! )
