"Oil Painting"

I ran outside for a quick photo before the storm arrives.  It's already windy and humid but I wanted to get a FF blip.  I gave it a quick oil painting treatment in PS.  Everything will have to be quick today.  I'm babysitting my grandson and Garbanzo.  Plus I wanted to catch the cherry blossoms one last time before the storm blows the petals away.
