Good Friday

What a beautiful day to start the Easter weekend.
Gym for Mr P and Aerobics for me, started off slowly and steadily but gave it full bounce and energy for the last five minutes to test the knee.
I’m at the physio on Tuesday so have plenty to discuss about what to do next but l’ve a lot to be thankful for in how well it is responding to the exercises.
Need to replace a clematis and buy some odds and ends so that’s my next job.
We had planned to go to the cinema to see Red Joan this evening but we are seeing how the day pans out, it’s just lovely to be outdoors.
This anemone is the same one as last week when it was closed, today’s it is enjoying the full sun.
