Gooseberry flower
Not very much time for photography today. Pete, Alex, Ben and I went over to see Molly this afternoon. Thankfully she seemed to have fully recovered from her stay in hospital and was much more like her old self.
The gooseberries are in full flower now. These are the most reliable fruit bushes in the garden, and each of these small but perfectly-formed blooms will produce a hairy fruit in about six to eight weeks time.
