Night light

The full moon is tomorrow night, but we went down to the beach this evening to see what the lead up to it looks like. We glimpsed the moon just before it ducked behind a cloud, but there is always something atmospheric and mysterious about the beach after dark. Compliments to Tiziano for the photo.

We're getting back into our normal rhythm and routine again ... yoga, breakfast, news, walk on the beach in the morning, some work, a workout at the Y in the afternoon (it took some courage to start again after a 10-day gap, but it was less taxing than I thought ... 40 laps), cake baking, and then dinner. Nothing special, but so pleasant!
