Starfish

Bit of a lie in but still not feeling much better. Headed out to get some game mix for pies and to drop some wireless speaker transmitters back to Richer Sounds who were shut till noon. Came home to start work on some food for the camper. Managed to get the stuffing for the beef empanadas and apple and goji berry empanadas finished. Took Kilda for a run on Portie beach just after lunch. It’s a big tide at the moment so there were lots of starfish, which had been washed up earlier in the day. Fortunately the tide was coming in. No other excitement to report this time. Spent the rest of the day getting the ingredients for the smoked haddock scotch eggs and the pork and black pudding scotch eggs ready. Cooked the Empanadas but ran out of time to cook the scotch eggs. Quiet night in watching the second series of Line of Duty.
