Red and Gold

Christchurch Priory with the altars in red for Holy Week. 
 Exercise class, then a volunteer stint in the Priory museum.  Never would I laugh at any religious devotions, especially The Stations of the Cross; but as I prepared to struggle up the steep stone staircase to the museum for the first time this year, it struck me as ominous that the sign over my head read "Jesus Falls for the Third Time"!

A lovely Maundy Thursday service this evening.
