Sooty Tern

Saw the red-tailed tropicbirds flying as I came along the coast.   Stopped multiple places to take pictures.  Of course, there were other birds flying as well - and saw this beautiful sooty tern.  Glad it came out.  I know I've seen them before, but none this close and no fotos. Think its wedge-tail edges catching the light make it look super fast.  Whales also were having fun just offshore.   Another beautiful, sunny, windy day.
