Red-tailed Hawk + Phoebe

We went to the Fort River Refuge over midday, for the first time since last fall. Not terribly many birds, but quite enough for a satisfying outing--chilly but plenty of sun.  The hawk circled directly overhead (for 3 dozen shots :)   and the eastern phoebe was close by, with nesting material. A good start for spring birding!
