First aid

A day of first aid training today and this shows one of the group practising CPR.  I am fairly squeamish and I had to look away at a few photographs, although I did have a quick glimpse of one photo of a garden fork stuck in someone's foot.  Note to self, always wear heavy shoes when gardening.
