A break for work (Day 1442)

With the morning woofer wander done, I made my way to Stromness with a couple of jobs to deal with. Unusually, both of the jobs were remarkably straight forward and took a lot less time than anticipated.
With time to kill, I took the chance to meet up with my beautiful wife at the yard and we got the horses saddled up and took them out for a short ride. It was lovely to be out in the sunshine and under beautiful blue skies, just a shame that the strong wind still hasn't disappeared.
After a nice ride, we had lunch at home then wandered the woofers at Lyde. Later, as HV made her way to work, I went to town to collect a few things and get some prices from the plumber's merchant.
