Where the O'Briens' Caeli?

Going from here to there, as you do, I passed this watering hole and I was gobsmacked. A caeli house on the borders between Yickerland and Pie-eaterville? (Don't ask, it would take too long to explain. I've lived in these parts for well over 30 years and I still don't fully know nor understand the backgrounds to their nomenclature.)

Anyhoo, loved the colours in the sunshine and the tricolour fluttering coyly.
