My song!

This was at number 1 when I was born can you guess the year?????

My mother always gets a little emotional, sentimental and teary eyed when she hears this song as I was her first born, however my younger brother torments her by telling her it was Showaddywaddy 'Under the Moon of Love'. She always says that the charts came out on a Tuesday back then and she was in labour when this was announced as No 1 and listening to the charts helped her get through, I was born early Wednesday morning!!

I can confirm that on the 21st December the charts were announced and it was in fact Jonny Mathis 'When a child is born' that was at No 1 and I came along in the morning of the 22nd!!!

My brother was born on the 19th two years later, his song is Boney M 'Marys boy child', he just missed out on Rod Stewart 'Do you think I'm sexy!' lol
