Spring in the woods

It is still cold in the mornings and there is ice on my car, when I leave for work, but the afternoons are beautiful. 

I took the boys for a walk in the woods after work today. I had decided not to train as I am still tired from my very busy weekend. When I came back to the car, I changed my mind though and had a small session with each of the boys. Just 10 - 15 minutes for each with lots of play and fun, but at least we have done something.
