This is the result of yesterday afternoon's marathon peeling event - one small pot of confit garlic. Not  tested it yet. Am going to use the oil that wouldn't go in the jar to make some garlic mushrooms to go with our dinner this evening.

Not such a bonny day today and I am feeling quite low, physically and mentally. Time to light a fire and dig out a good book perhaps. First I need to get caught up on my Recreational Maths course at Futurelearn.
