Nuts!

Sometimes those nuts are so hard to break up.I always put peanuts out in the garden and they are enjoyed by all sorts of creatures,large and small.
If the pine marten is lucky there will be a few left.The pine marten chops the peanuts up into small pieces before swallowing.She's starting to lose her Winter coat now and a darker coat appearing.
Sad news this evening as the magnificent Notre Dame has gone up in flames.I've never been to Paris but Mike and Richard have seen the building, bit hard to miss as it looks huge especially when you see the size of the firefighters trying to tackle the blaze against the towers.Hard to understand why there never seems to be any fire prevention or systems in place  in buildings like this, just like the Glasgow school of art and Windsor Castle.Scary to see how quickly it spread.
