High Falls
Most of the falling water at High Falls State Park (40 miles south of Atlanta, Georgia) was back-lit by the sun, so it wasn't much good for taking pictures. But, the sun could do nothing to stop the sound. It wasn't quite thunderous, but it was L-O-U-D.
We left Bradenton, Florida at 9 a.m., and have driven 610 miles...ending up in Dalton, Georgia. It was probably our easiest trip ever through the big capitol city of Atlanta. We hit it at about 7 p.m., and just breezed through.
In the Extras is a picture of my packing job.
There's only two of us,
a woman and a man.
But it's probably good...
that we still have a van!
