Hyacinths and Notre Dame

When I got out of this field of hyacinths feeling like being drugged from their heavy scent, another visitor who'd just arrived at this field told me his daughter had sent him live footage from Paris where the Notre Dame was/is on fire... Crazy to watch that live when out in those fields! and surreal that Paris has one of its most remarkable and historic buildings in ruins ~ my mum can't take this news in anymore coz of her illness; but had she been well and dad alive, both would have felt shocked over this catastrofic fire in the Notre Dame as they loved that Paris cathedral.
