Always look on the bright side of life

I’d already published an entry for the Mono Monday challenge, but the news of the terrible fire at Notre Dame cathedral is so sad that I need cheering up. I hope nobody’s been hurt.
Here are some blossoms from a miniature tree in my garden. It’s in a pot so fairly small, and the label fell off so I don’t know whether it’s a pear or a cherry. Maybe I’ll be able to enjoy some of its fruits this year.
Anyway, just looking at its beauty lifts my spirits a little this evening. I hope it lifts yours too.
