Bourton on the (quiet) Water

Gill and I took a trip out to the Cotswolds today, mainly to give our motorhome a run, push some oil around the engine and clear any surface rust from the discs.

For the first day of the Easter break, Bourton on the Water was heaving*. Photographs of Cotswold villages are comonplace so to make this different I have gone for one of the side streets which was devoid of tourists.  Hope that fits the bill for Mono Monday.

Our speaker for tomorrow's camera club has cancelled so we are having a scratch round trying to think of an activity we can put on at short notice.

*Gill says she could sense my irritation rising at the aimless dawdlers and their irritating dogs - even though that is unfair on the dogs!
