A dull, chilly day

Early start this morning, with an 8am Dental appointment followed by an annual heart check up with the Practice Nurse. All seems fine so then it was off to the gym.

Relaxed later with the latest Ian Rankin book. Fans of Rebus will know that he is retired but still getting into trouble while catching the Edinburgh baddies.

My wife has been doing another jigsaw which tested her Geography knowledge, but she reckons it is still up to scratch. One oddity is that New Zealand appears in the Western Hemisphere, though still upside down at the bottom of the world.
