3.10 on a school day

At this time of day this is the view from my work-at-home-office.

Not always so sweet, or so Christmassy. He wasn't so nice when he left this morning arguing about maths homework!

A big bag of dried dog food arrived today so two of the children spent ages tonight making a robot costume out of the box it came in. Entertainment away from that huge variety screens we seem to have - phones, tablets, television and computers - hooray. I found that very heart-warming if rather messy.

Looking forward to a quiet evening - after tomorrow it all goes a bit mad again.
