One brave soul . . .

. . . in the sea at Scarborough. A totally unseasonal picture, but there you are. It was cold and grey, but one guy obviously felt conditions were perfect. Or perhaps he was just avoiding last minute Christmas shopping. It was indeed wonderful to be walking by the sea, away from crowds and endless festive songs.
