Magnolia

A beautiful flower from a walk round Batsford Arboretum with our friend. It was a lovely day. Sad news though, the verdict is that the oozing from our middle Tibetan cherry tree is almost certainly canker which means it will have to be taken out and burnt and we shouldn't plant another in its place.
