When Is A Bird Not A Bird ?

Have done a blip at this place before  It's a first class ironmongers at Savigny Platz .Each week a local artist paints a unique work and it has a link to the shop .I'm wondering if this artist could create a hooded crow picture ,Worth asking .
*Note to UK Blippers . ..Kathb who is a great wildlife lover and active in many good causes told me how councils up and down UK are netting trees and hedges to prevent birds using .Crazy or not ? Bird numbers are falling in many species so either write to your council or shrug it off . ..Birds are also being injured by this stuff. Akin to Malta ...Totally uncalled for ..
