Magnolia

The church was much fuller than usual today, word having got around that the bells were going to be rung for the first time for a service.  Some people had driven 200 kilometres.  We had enough ringers to ring eight of the ten bells.  As I usually only ring on six, it becomes more challenging for me.  In the afternoon I went for a quick walk through the park and around the village and spotted this magnolia tree in flower.
